You can only submit one appeal.
DO NOT submit an appeal if you have not been permanently banned.
You cannot appeal a temporary ban. Permanent mutes should be appealed using ModMail.
DO NOT submit an appeal via this system for a Twitch chat ban (use the appeal system built into Twitch chat).
